As part of our aftersales service commitment,  Tialoc provides prompt and free service for quality related issues during the guarantee period of our plant and equipment. 

A dedicated point of contact from Tialoc (usually a member of the project execution team) will be provided to a specific client for any service calls after handover. This person functions as part of the maintenance and service team, and is able to coordinate the appropriate response promptly, safely, and reliably, since his project experience provides him the knowledge of the system. This person liaises between the Client and necessary members of project team or other experience personnel in the Company. With the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with the client, we are committed to ensuring operation and maintenance sustainability through the successful transfer of knowledge and skills to counterpart team members. 

Tialoc also provides ongoing after sales support as necessary and accordingly to individual Client needs.  Specific ongoing support needs should be discussed with your local Tialoc representative.
