Laboratory Scrubber

The Tialoc Laboratory Gas Scrubber was designed specially for use in laboratories where toxic, corrosive and odorous gases are released. The laboratory gas scrubbers are used mainly for the absorption of strong acids. Inside the Tialoc-Laboratory Gas Scrubber the contaminated exhaust air is brought into contact with an aqueous adsorption solution. To achieve a high efficiency it is important to ensure a large interfacial area between the air and the liquid. This is achieved by distributing the liquid over a packed bed.
Material of construction is Polypropylene. Other thermoplastic materials are available if necessary:

Absorption of gases, e.g.

Absorption of organic substances, e.g.
