Tialoc expands its office presence at Shanghai CHJ Hi-Tech Park

After months of preparation, Tialoc office in Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park finally completed its expansion and held an opening ceremony at the new technical training center on the morning of 11 January 2018.

Beginning from a start-up company incubated in the Jinqiao Development Zone in year 2001, it grew into an office with two floors in Lujiazui Software Park, and now has finally settled at Caohejing Hi-Tech Park today to accommodate the doubling of the team size.

Tialoc’s confidence and continued ambition to secure Chinese market growth establishes the need for these new facilities to embark on this new adventure.

Ultra large FRP storage tanks for Hydrochloric acid and brine

Tialoc Composite secured a multi-million RMB purchase order from one of the largest chemical producers in the worldfor four ultra large FRP tanks (10-12.8 meters in diameter and 7-10 meters tall) to be installed at their manufacturing facility in Western China.

The tanks, that will be used to store concentrated hydrochloric acid and brine, will be fabricated on site following high quality standards in order to meet a minimum of 20 year performance.

The client was convinced by the advantages of fiberglass material, Ashland Derakane 470 for hydrochloric acid and Derakane 411 for brine, which resulted in lower acquisition costs with almost zero maintenance.

Awarded EPC Contract for Waste Liquid Incineration Unit

Tialoc (Shanghai) Environmental, Ltd has been awarded an EPC contract for a waste liquid (60T/day) incineration unit in NHU Shandong complex for nutrition manufacturing of 2x 20,000 t/y. The project includes a Low-Energy-DeNOx™ incinerator, waste heat recovery, flue gas cleaning (SNCR deNOx, acid removal by dry sorbent injection, bag filter, etc) and its auxiliaries. The design will be such that pollutant emissions will be even lower than EU standards. The project is expected to be delivered by the end of 2018.

Thanks to the trust of Zhejiang NHU, a Chinese leader in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industry, Tialoc China has been given another opportunity to provide its cutting-edge environmental technology and project execution capability to the project and further expand its business in the nutrition market.
