The interim handover ceremony for the Shandong Yulong Petrochemical Industrial Park Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant was recently held in Yantai, Shandong.  As the EPC contractor, the interim handover signifies Tialoc’s entry into a new development stage in the local high-end petrochemical hazardous waste disposal field.

The facility mainly serves the solid waste and waste liquid generated by the Yulong Petrochemical (Phase I) 20-million-ton refining integration project while also addressing the hazardous waste disposal needs of Phase II of the industrial park and surrounding industries.

As a supporting project for a world-class petrochemical industrial base, the project’s design and construction indicators have reached the leading level in the domestic and international industries. The facility includes a solid waste incineration line with a yearly disposal capacity of 33,000 tons of refining sludge, hazardous solid waste, and chemical liquid waste, as well as a gas-liquid incineration line with an annual disposal capacity of 24,000 tons of chemical liquid waste, along with supporting tank farms and pre-treatment and feeding systems.

According to petrochemical industry standards, the facility integrates Tialoc’s accumulated advantage technologies and products, with its supporting, configuration, safety, and reliability indicators reaching the international first-class level. Pollutant emission limits are far below national and local standards.

The successful completion of the interim handover ceremony marks a crucial step towards formally completing and operating the Yulong Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant project. Tialoc is committed to providing solid and reliable hazardous waste disposal support for the Yulong Petrochemical Industrial Park, promoting high-quality economic development in Shandong Province, and establishing a new benchmark project in the domestic hazardous waste disposal industry.
